category then prizes will be ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ELIGIBILITY Open to all Club Members & Members of NZBGFC affiliated clubs. LINE WEIGHT Fish must be caught in accordance with Club tournament & IGFA rules. ENTRY FEE Adult: $25.00 Junior: $10.00 LATE ENTRY FEE Adult: $30.00 Junior: $15.00 Late entry fee if registering after 6.00pm Wednesday 24 March 2010. DAY MEMBERSHIP Adult: $20.00 per day Junior: $1.00 per day Entries will be accepted by phone or via the club website with credit card details. Full refunds will be given for any reason provided a refund is requested before briefing. Entries not paid by 6.30pm on briefing night will not be eligible for lucky draws on briefing night. No entries will be accepted between 6.30pm on briefing night and the end of briefing. No entry will be accepted after 9.00pm Thursday 25 March 2010. TEAMS Teams are to consist of a minimum of two people BRIEFING 7.30pm Thursday 25 March 2010 NOTE Briefing is compulsory team captains or a nominated team member who is fishing the tournament must register at the office on briefing night, no later than 7.30pm and is to attend and remain until the conclusion of briefing unless prior approval to not attend has been given by the Tournament Convenor. START FISHING After briefing Thursday 25 March 2010 - continuous through to final weigh in WEIGH IN 5.00pm - 6.00pm Friday 26 March 2010 5.00pm - 6.00pm Saturday 27 March 2010 4.00pm - 6.00pm Sunday 28 March 2010 Final weigh in time shall be the end of the contest. All fish and catch cards must be at the weigh station by the final weigh in time. (No exceptions). PRIZE GIVING 7.00pm Sunday 28 March 2010 POSTPONEMENT Notification will be posted on the website or phone the club after 1.00pm Thursday 25 March 2010.
