SOFT BAIT MASTERS COMPETITION

5 - 6 December 2009

Hello everyone,
First off I would like to thank all that entered. We had 140 individual's fishing and 23 teams.
This is the second year for this comp and it is a real buzz for me to see everyone getting into it and just having a good time.
Once again thank you. Ok, lets get into it!


Saturday was a pretty tough day for all but we did get a first second and third in each species except for the John Dory.

2nd Trevally, 475mm, ticket 77, Andrew Melvin, boat.
3rd Trevally, spot prize!! Cameron Clarke where were you!!!

1st Kahawai, 595mm, ticket 120, Michael Cunliffe, boat.
2nd Kahawai, 560mm, ticket 49, Pete Stephens, kayak.

Sunday was a much nicer day with a lot more fish caught. We even had some good John Dory measured in.

Longest Snapper from a kayak overall for the weekend:
With a 730mm, Well done Pete Gardiner ticket 74. Pete won a kayak from Viking Kayaks.

Longest Snapper from a boat overall for the weekend:
With a 615mm, Well done Andrew Rolleston ticket 130. Andrew won a smoker from Bradley Smokers.

Now for the teams side of it and the winners of the Decoro Soft Bait Masters for 2009,
